Communities at Risk - Changing Your Status on the List

To add or remove a community to the list of high fire risk communities in California, the following process has been identified How to apply:

  1. Print and complete the Communities at Risk Application Form (2.1M PDF).
  2. Submit completed form to the address listed on the application.

Applications are received year round and evaluated quarterly by the CAL FIRE. Results of the review will be communicated to the applicant in writing and the list will be updated quarterly.
