KIDDE Recalls TruSense Alarms

On May 6, 2021, fire safety products manufacturer Kidde recalled Model Series 2040, 2050, 2060, and 2070 Smoke and Combination Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarms due to risk of failure to alert consumers to a fire.

KIDDE Recalls Fire Extinguishers with Plastic Handles

On November 2, 2017, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Kidde issued a safety recall regarding Kidde’s Plastic Handle Portable Fire Extinguishers.  The recall involves 134 models of Kidde fire extinguishers manufactured between 1973, and 2017.
