Statewide Training and Education Committee (STEAC)
SCOPE/GOAL: The Statewide Training and Education Advisory Committee (STEAC) shall serve as an advisory committee to the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) on matters pertaining to training and education in the California fire service. STEAC shall review and recommend action regarding standards and curriculum, instructor requirements, and training site requirements.
