Instructions for Submission:
- Contact Information: Please provide accurate details. This allows us to reach out if we need any clarifications regarding your submission.
- Document Information: Offer a descriptive title and specify the program and category it aligns with. This aids in cataloging and ensures users can easily locate and benefit from your contribution.
- File Attachment: Ensure your document is in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format and does not exceed 100MB. Please ensure the content is accurate, up-to-date, and free from personal identifiable information.
- External Web Page URL: If the document or resource resides online, please provide a direct link.
- After filling out all required fields, click the 'Submit' button. Our team will review your contribution, and upon approval, it will be added to the Clearinghouse.
